Parking Attendant/ Bell Man

Must have flexible available, days, nights, and weekends, due to the sometimes unpredictable business pattern. This person will spend 90% of their work days outside. Responsible to greet customers and ensure they have a pleasant and efficient parking experience. Control the ingress and egress to vehicles to ensure every parking guest has paid fully before leaving the property. Calculate parking charges, and collect fees from customers.


Maintenance Engineer
Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Engineering. Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, including kitchen, laundry, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms. Monitor and maintain all engineering functions when full engineering staff is not available (i.e. weekends and evenings). Respond to all emergency situations including fire alarms, disasters and power failures; notify the appropriate authorities. Make rounds of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order. Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas. Complete maintenance requests, take equipment and meter readings and maintain log to notify the next shift. The Maintenance Engineer will have a focus on Grounds keeping but involve painting and general maintenance as well. Also will need to work at least one weekend day. This position is an AM position with one night shift a month after they are trained.


Front Desk Agent - part-time position for days, nights, and weekends, $11/hr., 16 - 32 hrs. per week.

Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner. Review arrivals noting special requests and blocking rooms as necessary for VIP and group arrivals. Complete all items as listed on shift checklists. Adhere to all cashiering procedures: open, secure and balance out shift banks to include the verification of all cash, credit card, and check transactions during a given shift. Communicate service and amenities of the hotel to guests. Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
