Our banquet and catering staff can provide for your every need and facilitate any sized event from 5 to over 400 guests. With more than 7,000 square feet of extremely flexible function space, and state-of the art on-site audio/visual equipment and services, we've got just what you need. Our ballroom is large enough at over 4,000 square feet to host a lavish banquet function for up to 200 guests.

We are partners with many local businesses that are focused on energy reduction and have been taking steps to reduce our power usage for some time. Now, we have partnered with Waste Farmers®, a Colorado based company dedicated to reducing solid waste sent to landfills and incinerators by helping businesses achieve Zero Waste initiatives. Waste Farmers® will provide detailed tracking, reporting and invoicing that allows us to tell you how much the Crowne Plaza Downtown Denver hotel recycled and impacted the environment from the beginning of your meetings to the end!
